From developing an enterprise-wide program to protecting specific systems, we examine all levels of the organization to anticipate, understand and manage a broad spectrum of strategic and operational risk. Whether the challenge is organizational, technical, operational or financial, we help organizations manage risk from the boardroom to the network. In this role, you will utilize your client service skills and effectively leverage your business and information systems and technology audit skills to help clients more effectively achieve their governance and risk management objectives. Working with a team of people dedicated to risk management and internal audit services including both operational and IT auditors, you will assist clients through a full range of service models from project based assistance through to comprehensive internal audit outsourcing. You will help our clients understand the links among shareholder value, investor trust and different compliance requirements. You will assist our clients in designing and implementing an efficient infrastructure through a well-organized risk management process, to sustain their compliance activities, and in identifying and implementing changes to improve performance. As a Manager you will: • Manage a diverse team of talented Consultants while coaching them to their highest potential • Cultivate relationships with clients and posses a strong knowledge in leveraging prevalent methodologies • Employ a structured approach to project management to ensure complete client satisfaction and project profitability • Develop your expertise in a specialization and your reputation as a business advisor • Contribute to practice growth and development • Participate in the development and delivery of training programs

Cerinte:

• CISA designation • 5-7 years of experience in the areas of internal controls auditing and IT auditing • CISM, CISSP or other similar certifications are considered an advantage • Strong knowledge sustained by relevant certifications in the following areas: ITIL, ISO27001, COBIT • Business Continuity Management experience (at least 2 projects including Business Impact Analysis and testing) • Background in control assessment, technical systems/environments and processes • Strong knowledge of ERP systems • Internal Audit experience is an asset • Prior consulting experience is preferred (preferred Big 4) • Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence • Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities. Any project management recognized certification is an advantage. • Experienced with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations and team leadership • Able to structure findings and recommendation reports and present findings to C level executives • Strong experience in proposal writing and business development/sales of consulting services. • Excellent team working and interpersonal skills • Preferred industries of expertise: Banking, Public Sector.
