- Call Center coordination and a team of 15 reports;
- Manage day-to-day service delivery, training, and staffing of call center operations;
- Manage and offer support on internal and external client satisfaction tools;
- Establish Customer Standards ad implement KPIs;
- Ensure contract compliance and management; Cerinte:
-University degree;
-A minimum of 3 years experience in call center activity;
