Na rumunskem trhu pusobi AGRO CS jiz vice nez 7 let a na zaklade dosavadni distributorske cinnosti vznikla potreba zalozit AGRO CS Romania, jejiz cinnost bude mit Country manager na starosti. - implementace obchodni strategie materske spolecnosti na rumunském trhu a rozvoj rumunske dcerinne spolecnosti - navazani na soucasne obchodni styky a jejich dalsi rozvoj - aktivni spoluprace se zakazniky (zjistovani potreb, zasilani nabidek, kontrola u zakazniku ...) - identifikace hlavnich konkurentu, potencialnich zakazniku a trendu - zastupovani spolecnosti pri registracich novych vyrobku - koordinace cinnosti se spolecnosti zajistujici logistiku - tydenni report materske spolecnosti (obchodni data, plan cinnosti, analyza trhu ...) - implementation of business strategy of the mother company in the Romanian market and development of the Romanian daughter company - resuming of existing business relations and their further development - active cooperation with clients (checking their needs, sending out offers, checkup visits to clients) - identification of main competitors, potential clients and trends - acting on behalf of the company when registrating new products - coordination of activities with the logistics company - weekly reports to the mother company (business data, plan of activities, market analysis etc.)
