Job Title : Business Development Coordinator (for a Facility & Property Management Company)

Descrierea postului:

- Identifies clients for company services – property & facility management and owner representation for the purpose of renting the spaces managed by the company; - Active involvement in diversifying services portfolio; - Contract negotiations; - Initiates and/ or takes part in various marketing activities.

Cerinte:

- well acquainted with Bucharest Offices market; - relevant experience with important companies in real estate field; - experience in managing relationships with important clients; - excellent selling and negotiation skills; - dynamic, ambitious and loyal; - basic legal knowledge (contractual issues); - driver’s license B category; - excellent level of ENGLISH – both spoken and written; - accuracy and appropriateness in communication in both ROMANIAN and ENGLISH (oral & written), flexibility and diplomacy; - PC literate, good working knowledge of Excel in particular.
