Our client: EMERSON is a diversified global technology company that provides products and services for a wide range of industries, commercial markets and end-users, including consumers. http://www.insinkerator.co.uk/ Responsibilities: - responsible for overall management of the territory - ensure monthly sales figures are achieved - develop annual promotional calendar for each market in the territory - sales channel management/development - manage and work with distributors, providing coaching support, to ensure sales targets are achieved and new business is developed - prepare customer sales analysis - negotiate and monitor customer annual business plan, sales targets, rebate programs, training, incentives, and trading agreements, ensuring targets are met - attend and participate regularly in customer sales meetings - conduct and support sales training seminars - keep informed of customer stock levels and sales out figures - responsible for preparing sales marketing strategy - manage local advertising/PR agency - plan and manage advertising budget - monitor and assess competitor activity - contact customers to chase any outstanding payments - support the Managing Director - organize, plan and manage exhibitions - prepare customer proposals - conduct in house customer training - prospect new business: both with current products/prospective new products and new channels of distribution/customers/territories - extensive travel abroad of greater than 50. Some occasional travel to the UK, other Europe and the USA

Cerinte:

- educated to degree level, MBA preferable; ability to communicate both orally and written to standard of industry expectations - a minimum of 5 years sales and/or marketing experience in a blue chip consumer goods company (preferably associated with the kitchen industry or consumer durables) - good to very good English (Russian - advantage) - Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint - current and clean driving license
