Job Title : Attorney-at-Law (Senior Associate)

Descrierea postului:

• legal advisory for the company’s clients (corporate law, commercial law, dispute resolution) • client representation in connection with real estate, mergers & acquisitions, cross-border commercial transactions, corporate matters, concessions, private-public partnerships, project finance transactions • managing the activity of the junior/middle-level attorneys within the company

Cerinte:

• a member of the Romanian Bar • minimum 4 years of relevant experience • advanced written and spoken English • initiative and decision making abilities • good communication and negotiation skills • dynamic, tenacious, self motivated and adaptable
